MAAL-011119 Description
The MAAL-011119 is a broadband gain block GaAs MMIC amplifier assembled in a lead-free SC70-6LD (SOT-363) surface mount plastic package. The topology is a monolithic single stage self-biased design featuring a convenient 50 Ω input/output impedance that minimizes the number of external ponents. The MAAL-01119 is fabricated on MA’s pHEMT process to help realize the plementary high IP3 and low noise figure.
