The MAOC-009269 is an InGaP HBT-based voltage controlled oscillator for frequency generation.

No external matching components are required.

This VCO is easily integrated into a phase lock loop using the divide-by-two output.

No external matching components are required. This VCO is easily integrated into a phase lock loop using the divide-by-two output.
