MASL-011023
Overview
The MASL-011023 is a plastic packaged high power switch-limiter with integrated bias networks. This surface mount, small configuration is designed with minimal parasitics usually associated with hybrid MIC designs incorporating beam lead and/or bondable PIN diodes that require chip and wire assembly.
