The switch operates from DC to 30 GHz and provides <1.8 d B insertion loss and >40 d B isolation. The bination of broadband performance along with fast switching and excellent settling time make this device ideal for many applications, including test & measurement, EW and broadband munication systems. The MASW-011102 uses MA’s robust process with full surface passivation for high performance and high reliability.
