5V-Adjustable High-PSRR Low-Noise LDO CMOS Voltage Regulator With ON/OFF Switch MD7672 Series 2A PRODUCT DESCRIPTION MD7672 series are highly accurate, low- noise, high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), low-dropout voltage regulator (LDO) with high output current capability manufactured in CMOS processes. It can deliver up to 2A of current while consuming 40µA of quiescent current. Internal circuitry includes a reference voltage generator, an error amplifier, driver transistor, over-current protection circuit, short-circuit protection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit and a phase compensation circuit.
