The MIC33030 is a high-efficiency, 8MHz, 400mA synchronous buck regulator with an internal inductor and HyperLight Load™ mode.

HyperLight Load™ provides very-high efficiency at light loads and ultra-fast transient response that is perfectly suited for supplying processor core voltages.

MIC33030 8MHz 400mA Internal Inductor Buck Regulator with HyperLight Load™ General Description The MIC33030 is a high-efficiency, 8MHz, 400mA synchronous buck regulator with an internal inductor and HyperLight Load™ mode. HyperLight Load™ provides very-high efficiency at light loads and ultra-fast transient response that is perfectly suited for supplying processor core voltages. An additional benefit of this proprietary architecture is the very-low output ripple voltage throughout the entire load range with the use of small output capacitors. The tiny 2.5mm x 2.0mm MLF® package saves precious board space and requires only two external capacitors. The MIC33030 is designed for use with tiny output capacitors as small as 2.2µF.
