MITSUMI 200mA LDO MM3566 Series 200mA LDO Monolithic IC MM3566 Series Outline This IC is a low quiescent current 200mA LDO.

The IC can be stable behavior without Input/Output capacitor.

Therefore the number of external capacitor is reduced.
