MM3571 Description
MITSUMI 300mA LDO MM3571 Series 300mA LDO Monolithic IC MM3571 Series Outline This IC is a 300mA Low dropout regulator IC with a prevention circuit of rush current. No load input current is 25µA typ, and it reduce transient drop in voltage with high speed response circuit. A rush current prevention circuit can control rush current at start up.
