SCM1201A Overview
Description
The SCM1201A is a oscillator/power-driver integrated with MOSFET, specifically designed for small form factor, isolated power supplies in isolated interface applications. The SCM1201A drives a low-profile, center-tapped transformer primary from a 4~8V wide DC power supply.
