DESCRIPTION
The MP2303A is a monolithic synchronous buck regulator. The device integrates a 150mΩ
O high-side MOSFET and a 80mΩ low-side F MOSFET that provide 3A continuous load current over a wide operating input voltage of 4.7V to 28V. Current mode control provides fast
D transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limit.
