MID1W0505A Description
The MID1W0505A is a semi-regulated, isolated DC/DC converter that can support 4.5V to 5.5V input voltage (VIN) applications across a -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range. It has excellent load regulation, line regulation, and supports up to 1W of output power (POUT). The device integrates a power MOSFET, transformer, and feedback (FB) circuit all in one chip.
