MP1653A Description
The MP1653A is a fully integrated, highfrequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. The MP1653A offers a very pact solution that can achieve up to 3A of continuous output current (IOUT) across a wide input voltage (VIN) range, with excellent load and line regulation. Synchronous mode provides high efficiency across the entire IOUT load range.
