The MP1922 is a 100V, single-channel, integrated circuit (IC), half-bridge gate driver designed for motor driver applications and other power control applications.
The two N-channel power MOSFETs are set up in a half H-bridge configuration, and operate on power supplies up to 100V.
The MP1922 combines a bootstrap (BST) capacitor and an internal charge pump to generate a supply voltage of the high-side MOSFET (HS-FET) driver.
