MP2120DQ Description
The MP2120 is an internally pensated 1.5MHz fixed frequency PWM synchronous step-down regulator. MP2120 operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V input and generates an output voltage as low as 0.8V. The MP2120 integrates an 80mΩ high-side switch and a 60mΩ synchronous rectifier for high efficiency without an external Schottky diode.
