MP2316
DESCRIPTION
The MP2316 is a fully-integrated, high efficiency, synchronous, step-down switch-mode converter, featuring only 40μA quiescent current. This very pact device achieves 3A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation, and can operate with high efficiency over a wide output current load range. It’s optimized for batteryoperated applications and applications requiring high light load efficiency.
With Constant On-Time control, the MP2316 provides very fast transient response, easy loop design as well as very tight output regulation.
Full protection features include SCP, OCP, UVP, and thermal shutdown.
The MP2316 requires a minimal number of readily available standard external ponents with a space saving 2mmx3mm 14-pin QFN package.
