DESCRIPTION
The MP28251 is a synchronous, rectified, step-
O down, switch-mode converter with internal F power MOSFETs. It offers a very pact solution to achieve a 4A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. The
D MP28251 has synchronous mode operation for higher efficiency over the output current load
E range. D Current-mode operation provides a fast S transient response and eases loop stabilization. N 4 Full protection features include over-current E N protection and thermal shutdown. 8 The MP28251 requires a minimal number of M IG 3 readily-available standard external ponents and is available in a space saving 2mm×3mm
