General Description

The MP3435 is a 600kHz, fixed frequency, high-efficiency, highly integrated boost converter that operates across a wide input voltage (VIN) range, with optional input disconnect and an input average current limit function.

Key Features

a 10mΩ low-side MOSFET (LS-FET) and a 15mΩ synchronous high-side MOSFET (HS-FET) for high efficiency and low BOM cost. An external compensation pin allows flexibility in setting loop dynamics and obtaining optimal transient performance under all conditions. The MP3435 includes under-voltage lockout (UVLO), switching current limiting, and thermal shutdown to prevent damage in the event of an output overload. The MP3435 is available in a low-profile QFN20 (3mmx4mm) package.
