DESCRIPTION
The MP4321 is a configurable-frequency (350kHz to 2.5MHz), synchronous, step-down switching converter with integrated internal highside and low-side power MOSFETs (HS-FET and LS-FET, respectively). The device provides up to 1A of highly efficient output current (IOUT) with peak current control mode.
The wide 3.3V to 36V input voltage (VIN) range and 42V load dump tolerance acmodates a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. The 1μA shutdown current (ISD) allows the converter to be used in batterypowered applications.
