General Description

The MP4436/MP4436A is a synchronous, stepdown switching regulator with a configurable frequency and integrated internal high-side and low-side power MOSFETs.

It provides a maximum 6A of highly efficient output, as well as current mode control for a fast loop response.

The wide 3.3V to 45V input range accommodates a variety of step-down applications in an automotive input environment.
