MP5094GJ Overview
The MP5094 is a protection device designed to protect circuitry on the output from transients on the input. The MP5094 also protects the input from undesired shorts and transients ing from the output. The MP5094 is a small RDS(ON), low quiescent current, dual-channel, currentlimited switch.
