Description

The MP5514 is an input power conditioning power management IC (PMIC) designed for enterprise solid-state drives (SSDs), non-volatile dual-inline memory modules (NVDIMMs), and other backup system applications.

Features

It also integrates an MPSpatented, high-efficiency, bidirectional, buckboost converter with a single inductor for energy storage and system power backup during an input power failure. The MP5514 also provides an I2C interface and analog-to-digital converter (ADC). Users can set the input current limit (IIN_LIMIT) and slew rate, and can perform capacitor health tests via the I2C.
