The MP6654 is a single-phase brushless DC (BLDC) fan driver with integrated power MOSFETs and a Hall-effect sensor. It can achieve up to 1A of peak current (IPEAK) across a wide 3V to 18V input voltage (VIN) range. The MP6654 controls the rotational speed through the pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal on the PWM pin.
