MP86936 Description
The MP86936 is a monolithic half-bridge IntelliPhaseTM solution with built-in internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. It achieves 60A of continuous output current across a wide input supply range. The MP86936 utilizes a monolithic IC approach to drive up to 60A per phase.
