MP86952 Description
The MP86952 is a radiation-tolerant, monolithic half-bridge IC with built-in internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. It achieves up to 70A of continuous output current across a wide 3V to 16V input voltage range. This Intelli-Phase™ solution can drive up to 70A of current per phase.
