General Description

The MP86972 is a monolithic half-bridge driver with built-in internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers.

It achieves 60A of continuous output current across a wide input supply range.

The device can drive up to 60A per phase.

Overview

MP86972 60A, Intelli-Phase SolutionTM with Integrated HS-FETs, LS-FETs, and Driver in a TLGA-35 (3mmx6mm).
