This device integrates a 12mΩ lowside FET and a 30mΩ high-side FET in a monolithic die. The MP8736 operates with high efficiency over a wide output current load range. Constant-On-Time (COT) control mode provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. The MP8736 has a programmable frequency pin to optimize system performance. Full protection features include SCP, OCP, OVP, UVP and thermal shut down.
