MPM3620
DESCRIPTION
The MPM3620 is a synchronous rectified, stepdown module converter with built-in power MOSFETs, inductor, and two capacitors. It offers a pact solution that requires only 5 external ponents to achieve a 2A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input-supply range. Also, it provides fast load transient response. An external AAM pin provides selectable power-save mode and forced PWM mode. Full protection features include over-current protection(OCP) and thermal shut down(TSD). MPM3620 eliminates design and manufacturing risks while dramatically improving time-tomarket. The MPM3620 is available in a space-saving QFN-20 (3mmx5mmx1.6mm) package.
