MPM3695-100 Overview

The MPM3695-100 is a 100A, scalable, fully integrated power module with a PMBus interface. The device offers a plete power solution that achieves up to 100A of output current, with excellent load and line regulation across a wide input voltage range. The MPM3695-100 operates at a high efficiency across a wide load range, and can be paralleled to deliver up to 800A of current.

  • 4V to 16V Input Voltage Range with Internal VCC Bias
  • 0.5V to 3.3V Output Voltage Range
  • 60A Continuous Current for 3.3V Output
  • Parallelable Up to 800A with Active Curernt
  • Auto-Interleaving for Parallel Operation
  • Output Voltage Remote Sensing
  • PMBus 1.3 pliant
  • Telemetry Readback including VIN, VOUT
  • Configurable via the PMBus
