MPM3808C 6V, 3A, 2.4MHz, Synchronous Step-Down Module, AEC-Q100 Qualified DESCRIPTION The MPM3808C is an easy-to-use, fully integrated, synchronous step-down power module with a built-in inductor and MOSFET switches. It can achieve up to 3A of continuous output current (IOUT), with excellent load and line regulation. The constant-on-time (COT) control scheme provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Fault protections include cycle-bycycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. An open-drain power good (PG) signal indicates whether the output voltage (VOUT) exceeds 90% of its nominal voltage.
