MPQ2022A Description
The MPQ2022A is a dual-channel, low-dropout (LDO) regulator with a serial digital interface and one-time programmable (OTP) memory. The device provides phantom power to low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) for active antennas in automotive systems, and can work in cold-crank (4.5V) up to load-dump (40V) input voltage (VIN) conditions. The MPQ2022A delivers up to 300mA per channel with excellent load and line regulation.
