MPQ4341/4341J 36V, 5A, Ultra-Low Quiescent Current Synchronous Step-Down Converter with Multi-Phase Capability, AEC-Q100 Qualified DESCRIPTION The MPQ4341/4341J is a configurablefrequency (350kHz to 2.5MHz), synchronous step-down switching converter with integrated internal high-side and low side power MOSFETs (HS-FET and LS-FET, respectively). It provides up to 5A of highly efficient output current (IOUT) with fixed-frequency zero-delay PWM (ZDP) control for near optimal transient response. The wide 3.3V to 36V input voltage (VIN) range with 42V load dump support accommodates a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. A 1μA shutdown current (ISD) allows the device to be used in batterypowered applications.
