MPQ4423C Overview
The MPQ4423C is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with integrated internal power MOSFETs. It offers a pact solution that can achieve up to 6A of peak output current (IOUT) across a wide 4V to 36V input voltage (VIN) range, with excellent load and line regulation. Synchronous mode offers high efficiency across the entire IOUT load range.
