MPQ4425C Description
The MPQ4425C is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode white LED (WLED) driver with integrated internal power MOSFETs. It offers a pact solution that can achieve up to 1.5A of continuous output current (IOUT) across a wide 4V to 36V input voltage (VIN) range, with excellent load and line regulation. Synchronous mode offers high efficiency across the entire IOUT load range.
