MPQ4436 Overview
The MPQ4436/4436A is a frequency programmable, synchronous, step-down switching regulator with integrated internal highside and low-side power MOSFETs. It provides 6A (or less) of highly efficient output, with current mode control for fast loop response. The wide 3.3V to 45V input range acmodates a variety of step-down applications in an automotive input environment.
