MPQ4462-AEC1 Description
The MPQ4462 is a high-frequency, step-down, switching regulator with an integrated, high-side, high-voltage, power MOSFET. It provides a 3.5A output with current-mode control for fast loop response and easy pensation. The wide 3.8V-to-36V input range acmodates a variety of step-down applications, including those in an automotive input environment.
