MPQ9840 Description
The MPQ9840 is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with built-in power MOSFETs. It offers a very pact solution that achieves 3.5A of continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide 3.3V to 36V input supply range. The switching frequency can be programmed or synchronized to an external clock in the range of 350kHz to 2.5MHz.
