The MSK 801 is a high speed, FET input, differential amplifier that exhibits very good DC characteristics.

The FET input of the MSK 801 produces low input bias current, input offset voltage and input offset drift specifications.

Features

  • 10 MHz full power bandwidth min. 650 Volts/µs slew rate min. 75 ns settling time to 0.1% max. ±100 mA output current min. Replaces H0S-50 Fet Input Available to DSCC SMD 5962-91574.
