Description

The MAP7101 is a 1.2MHz current mode step up regulator with built-in power switching MOSFET and isolation FET.

The MAP7101 step up regulator provides fast transient response to pulsed loads while producing efficiencies over 90%.

The MAP7101 step up regulator provides fast transient response to pulsed loads while producing efficiencies over 90%. A built-in programmable soft-start function limits inrush currents during start-up. MAP7101 provides over load protection, over current protection, output over voltage protection, thermal shutdown, and under voltage lockout. MAP7101 is available 10-pin DFN Package with Halogen-free (fully RoHS compliant). Features  Up to 90% efficiency synchronous boost  2.7V to 5.
