MAP7101 Description
The MAP7101 is a 1.2MHz current mode step up regulator with built-in power switching MOSFET and isolation FET. The MAP7101 step up regulator provides fast transient response to pulsed loads while producing efficiencies over 90%. A built-in programmable soft-start function limits inrush currents during start-up.
