1. Introduction
The MC2TA7402 is a one-chip controller driver LSI for a TFT liquid crystal display of 262,144 colors, with the integrated DDRAM for graphics data of 176 RGB x 220 dots at maximum, gate drivers, source drivers and power supply circuits. The MC2TA7402 supports high-speed parallel interfaces with 8-, 9-, 16-, 18-bit buses and a high-speed serial peripheral interface (SPI) to write RAM graphics data at high speed.
