1. Introduction
This Meter is a handheld and battery operated Digital Multi Meter(DMM) with multi function. This Meter is designed to meet IEC-61010-1 CAT III 1000V over voltage category and double insulation. The entire outer surface of the case has been formed with thermo plastic elastomer,giving the main body, though downsized, high resistance against the shock of a drop.
