MxL76125 Description
The MxL76125 device is a synchronous step-down regulator bining the controller, driver, bootstrap diode, and MOSFETs in a single package for point-of-load supplies. The MxL76125 device is rated for 15A load. A wide input voltage range from 5V to 22V allows for single supply operation from industry standard 5V, 12V, and 20V rails.
