With an optimized LO frequency range of 1450MHz to 2050MHz, this mixer supports both high- and low-side LO injection architectures for the 1200MHz to 1700MHz and 1700MHz to 2000MHz RF bands, respectively. In addition to offering excellent linearity and noise performance, the device also yields a high level of component integration.
