EVALUATION KIT AVAILABLE Octal, High-Speed, Industrial, High-Side Switch General Description The MAX14900E is an octal power switch that Features per-channel configuration for high-side or pushpull operation. Low propagation delay, high-rate loadswitching makes the device suitable for next-generation high-speed PLC systems. Each high-side switch sources 850mA continuous current with a low 165mΩ (max) on-resistance at 500mA at TA = +125°C. The high-side switches feature 2µs (max) input-to-output propagation delay when driving resistive loads.
