The MAX17263 is an ultra-low power fuel-gauge IC which implements the Maxim ModelGauge™ m5 algorithm.
The IC monitors either a single cell battery pack or multiple-series cell battery pack with an external resistor divider.
The IC drives 3 to 12 automatically-counted LEDs to indicate battery state-of-charge on a push-button press, or any other system status using I2C mands.
