General Description

The MAX25615 is a high-speed MOSFET driver IC for automotive applications.

The driver is capable of sinking 7A and sourcing 3A peak currents.

The IC, which is an enhancement over MAX5048 devices, has inverting and noninverting inputs that provide greater flexibility in controlling the MOSFET.
