General Description

The MAX1160 10-bit, monolithic analog-to-digital converter (ADC) is capable of 20Msps minimum word rates.

An on-board track/hold ensures excellent dynamic performance without the need for external components.

A 5pF input capacitance minimizes drive requirement problems.
