General Description

The MAX6700/MAX6710 precision triple/quad voltage microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuits monitor up to four system-supply voltages and assert a single reset if any supply voltage drops below its preset threshold.

These devices significantly reduce system size and ponent count while improving reliability pared to separate ICs or discrete ponents.

A variety of factory-trimmed threshold voltages are available to acmodate different supply voltages and tolerances with minimal external ponent requirements.

  • Open-Drain RESET Output with 10μA Internal Pullup.
  • 5μs Propagation Delay (MAX6700).
  • 140ms (min) Reset Timeout Period (MAX6710).
  • RESET Valid to IN1 = 1V or IN2 = 1V.
  • Immune to Sh.
