DS2726 Description
The DS2726 provides full charge and discharge protection for 5- to 10-cell lithium-ion (Li+) battery packs. The protection circuit monitors individual cell voltages to detect overvoltage and undervoltage conditions. Protection against discharge overcurrent and short-circuit current is provided with user-selectable thresholds using external resistors.
