MAX6618 Description
The MAX6618 PECI-to-I2C translator provides an efficient, low-cost solution for PECI-to-SMBusTM/I2C protocol conversion. The PECI-pliant host reads temperature data directly from up to four PECI-enabled CPUs. The I2C interface provides an independent serial munication channel to municate synchronously with peripheral devices in a multiple master or multiple slave system.
