MXD8546FA Description
Applications The MXD8546FA is a CMOS, Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) switch. The switch provides high linearity performance, low insertion loss and high isolation. Switching is controlled by one control voltage.
